What's the MiniDVD?*NEW*
MiniDVD is a DVD movie on CDRs disc. The MiniDVD have the same video&audio quality as DVDs (AC3 audio, 720*480, 16:9 video and multi-subtitles). Why the firewall shows WinCopyDVD connecting internet?
Don't worry about it, It check new version via internet, if you don't like this function, Please open the "option..." box, select "skin&language" - don't select "check new version via interne", it's OK.

When I try to play a DVD files, I get an error "access violation at adress 00000000"?
That means you used a crack to patch WinCopyDVD. DON'T DO IT! The crack will destroy WinCopyDVD.exe and make it unstable, and IT'S ILLEGAL!

Why the vcd/svcd files's audio have noise?
Please set on the option: sound setting. Maybe you have silpped the slip-bar of "Dynamic range compression" to "Noisy", so there is some background noise. so you can silp to "quiet, so that the sound will be better. Please have a try.

Can I delete the logo on the screen?
On the next version (WinCopyDVD V3.5) will get rid of the logo, but still, at the first a few seconds after you run WinCopyDVD, it may show the big picture which relatives to WinCopyDVD.

Why the vcd/svcd disk can't play?
Maybe you can copy DVD to hard drive to have a try at first. By the way, do you play it on home player or computer? If you played it on computer, I wonder that whether your operating system is Win98, if so, you'd reboot the computer. If you played it on home player, well, please tell us the type of the home player.

Whether the software works fine or not when I use the tried version?
Maybe you can copy DVD to hard driver first, and then copy onto VCD from hard drive. This try will help you to tell whether the software works fine or not.If it works all fine, well,it surely is a good software.

What's different with standard version and lite version?
